OUR STORY

Why we started ACTY

All Care To You was founded by husband-and-wife team Mike and Stacy Marlin. Between them, they’ve seen healthcare administration from nearly every angle — the strategy, the operations, the technology, and the day-to-day grind that keeps a provider network running.

They started ACTY because they kept seeing the same thing: talented clinical teams buried under administrative load, working inside software that promised efficiency but delivered friction. Their mission was, and still is, straightforward — serve healthcare providers so they have more time to treat and heal their patients.

Today, ACTY provides administrative support to Independent Physician Associations, TPAs, and Fiscal Intermediary clients across California and Texas — combining strategic planning, operational expansion, and financial health services delivered with quality, integrity, and care.

Stacy has spent more than 30 years in healthcare as a catalyst for growth and innovation. Her background in executive project management and strategic eadership shapes ACTY's direction and drives the company's continued growth. She leads with a builder's instinct — always asking how the team, the technology, and the client experience can be better.

Mike Marlin

CO-FOUNDER & COO

Mike brings a rare combination of large-scale operational expertise and healthcare leadership. Over 17 years managing complex, high-volume operations, he developed a discipline for precision, creativity, and efficiency that he carried into healthcare in 2017. As COO, he leads the initiatives that streamline operations, harden security and IT infrastructure, optimize resources, and sharpen service delivery.
